Crude oil for June delivery rose $US1.09 to settle at $US92.57 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. It was the biggest gain since May 1. Prices tumbled 1.2 per cent on May 18 to $US91.48, the lowest close since Oct. 26.
